1. Reservations & Seating
- Reservations: We highly recommend making reservations in advance, especially during peak dining hours, to secure your table. Walk-in guests are welcome, but seating will be subject to availability.
- Table Holding Policy: Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you are running late, please contact us to avoid cancellation.
- Large Group Bookings: For groups larger than 6 people, we may require a deposit to confirm the booking.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Menu Prices: All prices listed on our menu are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Takeaway & Delivery Orders
- Takeaway orders are available during operating hours. Wait times may vary depending on demand.
- We partner with third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. Once an order is placed through a delivery platform, we cannot modify or cancel it.
- We are not responsible for any damages or delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
6. Customer Conduct & Restaurant Etiquette

- Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, intoxication, or inappropriate language, will not be tolerated.

8. Photography & Social Media
- Guests are welcome to take photos of their meals and dining experience.
- However, professional photography and videography for commercial purposes must be pre-approved by management.

- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms of Service or behaves in a disruptive manner.
